How it was made.
Challenge
Sell a 1,000-foot tower to a global buyer before the crane arrives, in a market where every listing looks like the last one.
Approach
We built the film around arrival: the porte-cochère, the fountain court, the bronze 888 in the lobby wall. Every shot was generated from the architects' massing and material boards, then graded like a runway show.
Result
One master cut, a nine-by-sixteen social pack and campaign stills delivered in under three weeks, ready for the sales gallery opening.
