Challenge

A low-rise, low-density project competes on intimacy, not scale. The film had to feel like a stay, not a tour.

Approach

We opened on the logo pressed into wet sand, then followed one resident from the spa to a moonlit terrace over the skyline. Interiors were generated from the design team's finish schedule so nothing on screen was fictional.

Result

A 48-second film used across the sales center, the broker launch and paid social.
