How it was made.

Challenge

Make one oceanfront unit stand out in a tower full of similar listings, and make the agent the face of it.

Approach

We filmed the agent on location and built the story around her lines, intercut with aerials, details and the sunset from the bath.

Result

A 1:48 film plus vertical cutdowns the seller shared before the agent did.
